Soccer: Soccer, also known as football or association football, is a team sport played between two teams of 11 players on a field. The goal is to score goals by kicking or hitting the ball into the opponent's goal without using the hands or arms. The team that scores the most goals wins
Golf: Golf is played on a large, grassy course, also called a teeing ground or tee box. Players start by putting the ball into play by striking it with a club on the teeing ground. The player who completes the course with the fewest strokes winning. 
Cross Country: Cross country running is a sport in which teams and individuals run races on outdoor courses over natural terrain. Races shall be run over courses confined, to the extent possible, to open country, fields, parks, golf courses, and grasslands.

Basketball:
team sport that involves two teams of five active players each trying to score points against one another by throwing a ball through a 300 cm (10 feet) high hoop (the 'basket') under organized rules.

Cheerleading: Cheerleading is a team activity that combines dance, acrobatics, and shouting slogans. Cheerleaders cheer for their team to encourage them, or to entertain an audience. Cheerleading can include chanting slogans, intense physical activity, or tumbling.
Volleyball: Volleyball is a team sport played between two teams of six players. The goal of the game is to send the ball over a net and have it land on the other team's court. The team that serves the ball has three hits to return it.

Track and Field: Track and field is a sport that includes athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing skills. The name is derived from where the sport takes place, a running track and a grass field for the throwing and some of the jumping events
Flag Football: Flag football is played with two teams of 7 players who attempt to score points by moving the ball down the field across the goal line. The team with the most points at the end of regulation time is the winner. The playing field is a rectangle usually around 60-80 yards long and 20-30 yards wide. Instead of tackling the ball carrier, the opposing team will pull the flag to end the play.
